No. The Preserve homes are built on permanent foundations with factory-precision components assembled on-site. They qualify for conventional financing just like any traditional new construction home.

Do I own the land?

Yes. Each purchase includes the lot — approximately 3,000 sqft of land that is yours outright. No ground lease, no HOA land ownership.

How does the expansion actually work?

The home is engineered from day one with structural connection points that allow modular additions — extra rooms, a second bathroom, a garage, or an ADU. Expansions are planned, not improvised, which keeps costs predictable and timelines short.
