Mesocore’s ADU is built on 8 concrete piers, with an overall size of 18 by 24 feet, and is offered as a one bedroom design, kitchen, full bath, ideally suited as an ADU or for those who need additional living space, home office, yoga studio or those looking to build an income-producing unit. This is equipped with a full solar system with a lithium-ion battery storage system.
