Mesocore Homes And Riviera Beach Community Development Corporation Break Ground on First Home

Mesocore Solar Homes and Riviera Beach Community Development Agency break ground on the first home for the Agencies Neighborhood Reclaim project that has been spearheaded by the Development Agency’s Director of Neighborhood Services, Annetta Jenkins. The Riviera Beach Community Development Agency will be using a Mesocore A 1000 house for this project. This model offers a great open concept home design with 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms.

Mesocore Solar Homes, a prefabricated home builder located in Riviera Beach currently manufactures homes ranging in size from 150 square feet up to 1,100 square feet. The prefabricated homes are a great alternative to traditional building methods; the home can be completed in less time and they ship to the final building site as a 20’ container with all building components required to complete the house included within the container, including all finished plumbing and electrical as well as finished kitchen and baths. Mesocore Homes come standard with integrated solar system and battery back up as well as rain collecting cistern.
The Riviera Beach Community Development Corporation (RBCDC) is providing struggling families with assistance to build new homes, and identifying grants to help others improve their property. Created by the Riviera Beach CRA in 2012, the goal of the RBCDC is to improve and redevelopment neighborhoods in the CRA District. The CRA is positioning the RBCDC to become one of Palm Beach County’s most outstanding non-profit re developers.
